后续处理对SrTiO_3基晶界层电容器绝缘电阻的影响_张木森

The results show that the insulating resistance of SrTiO 3 grain boundary layercapacitor can be dramatically enhanced from the initial 30 GΩ up to 200 GΩ by the subsequent treatment ofrapid annealing at 200 ℃ under 50 V with quenching in liquid nitrogen while the dielectric constant anddielectric loss remain basically unchanged. Herein,a SrTiO 3 grain boundary layer ceramic capacitor with anaverage value of 30 000 for dielectric constant,dielectric loss 0。
